Pick a time slot, NOT a trainer! We have time slots available at BOTH Listowel and Harriston campuses!

We’ve pooled all of our amazing resources and smarts together to bring you the BEST OF THE BEST guiding team ever! All of our trainers have given their input and skills into the workouts, meal planning, accountability and team spirit to give you results like you’ve never seen!

What else is new? 10 WEEK challenges, instead of the classic 8! We felt that 8 weeks was too easy… If we can get you over the 8 week slump, you’re more likely to stick with your new habits! And no more breaks for holidays and certain seasons… We are going to teach you how to enjoy your holidays WITHOUT losing all the progress you’ve made!

We are going to teach you how to make your fitness and exercise a PRIORITY, and a part of your life that you ACTUALLY enjoy, instead of just doing it because “you feel like you have to”. We are going to teach you how to be fit for your LIFE, not just a special occasion or season. You’re going to learn real life, feasible tips and tricks to make a permanent change and take back control of your life!

We are going to push you HARDER, and teach you MORE than we ever have before! This challenge will give you all the tools you need to have a healthier future for you and your family!

- Attend your weekly PT sessions, follow your program and get results!

Please note that we need a minimum of 3 people per time slot to run it. Bring your friends to guarantee you will get the time you want!
