If you are looking to lose weight or tone up then you NEED to sign up for this program!
This program can be followed from the comfort of your own home, a fitness center, or outside! This program will include a detailed meal plan with recipes. You will have an online accountability group filled with people on a journey to health and wellness and supported by our dynafit Head Trainer, Cory George and Registered Kinesiologist, Tam Hamilton.
There are weekly prizes just for completing your workouts! There's not one, but TWO, Grand Prizes- 1 for the most % body weight lost and 1 for the Most Dedicated.
