We understand and embrace that everyone has different goals. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, get shredded abs, gain more energy or just improve your fitness level this program IS for you!
This challenge will include a daily workout video or program, daily motivational tips, a full 3 week meal plan, in person and on-line accountability. There will be prizes for those who stay committed and participate in our accountability challenges.
We begin January 9th and run until January 30th. 3 weeks to build the habits and an extra Monday, because you never want to miss a Monday!
Non-members are WELCOME & can join for the month for an extra $35 (regularly $59.99)!

Our meal plan is tested by all of us to be delicious, affordable, easy to prepare and of course healthy!
Our workouts are designed to meet the needs of all fitness abilities. We will provide modifications for all levels and injuries (as needed). We will also be providing a couple of body-weight, at home exercises for the days you just can't make it to the gym! Last bonus of these workouts is that they are all 20 to 45 minutes in length! You can add more time if desired but it won't be necessary!
