All of our classes are offered through an UNLIMITED membership of $85/month!
Meaning you can attend as many classes per week as you wish!

Registration is required to reserve your spot if you plan to attend a class regularly. Otherwise, drop-in to additional classes, as long as there is still room available. Top if off with a FREE gym membership for the days you just can’t get to class.

This class is designed to stretch and elongate the muscles, and to perfect posture. This class is taught by a Registered Kinesiologist and is modified to each individual’s needs, as required. The class format begins with standing and movement postures, then moves to floor postures and finishes with stretching and meditation.

Beginner’s Yoga is also available and is designed to focus on improving balance, strength and flexibility in a relaxed environment. Participants will have access to balance and flexibility aids.

Private and Semi-Private Yoga classes are available for those wishing to have a completely customized Yoga experience, or for groups wishing to participate in a fun, challenging and relaxing atmosphere. Group Yoga can be offered in our studio, or in your office, home or an outdoor space. Contact us for details!

Don’t let the name scare you away! Our boot camp classes are designed to accommodate ALL fitness levels, from non-exercisers to life-long fitness buffs. We use interval training techniques, and a wide variety of equipment and body weight exercises to help you blast fat, tone your muscles, and build endurance.

Private group boot camps are available to businesses, groups of friends/family/coworkers. These private boot camps can be a one-off class, or can be offered on an on-going basis in our studio, outdoors or in your space. Contact us for pricing and further details!

Our staff offers a variety of spin classes, including endurance spin, interval spin, classic spin, and spin and strength classes.

  • Endurance Spin will help you prepare for a long ride.

  • Classic Spin will combine long, slow climbs with short, quick bursts.

  • Interval Spin will be comprised mainly of quick bursts of high intensity.

  • Spin & Strength will spend a portion of the class on the bike and a portion of the class with weights; giving you a full body strength and cardio workout.

Our Spin classes are available to groups of 5 or less for private classes - a great opportunity for small businesses to give back to their employees. Contact us for details!
